Return Policy

At Charmify, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help make the return process as easy as possible.

Eligibility for Returns

You can return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they meet the following conditions:

• The item must be in its original, unworn condition.
• All tags and packaging must be intact.
• Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrect.

Return Process

1. Contact Us
   To start a return, please email us at charmify.boutique@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions on how to send the item back to us.
2. Return Shipping
   The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
3. Inspection & Refund
   Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the funds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges if you need a different size or color. To initiate an exchange, please follow the same steps as above. Once we receive the item, we will ship out the replacement. Shipping costs for the new item may apply.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at charmify.boutique@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the order. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are non-returnable:

• Custom or personalized items
• Items that show signs of wear or damage
• Gift cards
